"I'm now four weeks into the FTC and have lost 9lbs. I'm thrilled, and really motivated. I'm terrible at sticking to diets but here I am quite happily continuing. Best for me is that it seems to have stopped cravings and evened out my blood sugar levels. And going away or going out with friends for meals no longer spell diet disaster. "The intro to the book made me feel this could make a difference (without wanting to sound too cheesy it's really insprirational), and after a rocky start I found that it was easy to follow and contained some brilliant tips - and my jeans started to do up much more easily. I'm now a convert to green tea which I never thought would happen. The author is great at making sure you don't beat yourself up for having the odd glass of wine / chocolate (okay make that the whole box and a big night out), just get back to eating well the next day. Try it!"

"I'm so pleased that this diet has been turned into a book! I've been following the advice on Kate's website for a while now with great results. Even though this is called the Flat Tummy Club, this diet really works all over your body. But more importantly than the weight loss, since starting this diet I've just felt so much healthier and happier and my whole attitude to food has changed. This isn't like extreme crash diets, which make you obsess about every little calorie or makes you cut a particular food group (I like my carbs thanks). "At last a diet that works. I stumbled across the FTCD online one day when I was looking for something healthy to have for dinner and I haven't looked back. With the FTCD, you don't count calories making it feel a lot less like a diet. The best thing however is how much better you feel. "I've tried lots of different diets in the past but this is the first one where I've lost weight (over a stone in 2 months) and kept it off. It isn't rocket science and you don't have to punish yourself by eating only cabbage soup/beetroot/celery etc. You work out were your weaknesses are and focus on them, tailoring the diet to your own needs. I found the tips around healthy snacks and recipes really good - I've even managed to get my husband to eat some of the dinners! This book really does work so give it a go."
