The contract between us

Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Self Help Central, 12 Gray Court, Parkleys, Richmond, Surrey TW10 5LU, United Kingdom.

Self Help Central must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in the order form.

Refunds

You may withdraw your order at any time within 14 days of receipt of the ebook. You do not need to give any reason for withdrawing your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.

To withdraw your order you must notify us in writing at the address above or email info@selfhelpcentral.co.uk

Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.

Delivery of goods to you

Once you check out your payment will be processed by Barclaycard. As soon as payment is processed you will be directed to a link where you will be able to download the ebook within a period of 24 hours, after which time the link will expire.

If you order from outside the UK

You can order the ebook from outside the UK and will be charged in pounds Sterling.
